SOS (Samaritans of Singapore)
If you have suicidal thoughts and need immediate assistance, Please contact SOS (Samaritans Of Singapore) a suicide prevention centre. They provide 24-hour confidential emotional support to people who have difficulty coping during a crisis, who are thinking of suicide or affected by suicide.

eCounselling Centre
There are times when we experience tough times. And when some of these issues can’t be readily talked about with people you know, that’s where eC2 comes in helpful!
Here, you’ll find trained counsellors who talk with you in confidence regarding any issue you have.

Family Service Centres (FSCs)
This centers provide walk-in and phone counselling services. They have trained Social Workers and Counsellors who can help you with social, psychological, emotional and financial assistance.
