CCA Objectives

1. To promote the Chinese culture and an appreciation for music in Nan Chiau High School, and in particular, Chinese music
2. To promote independence, discipline and leadership skills
3. To foster close ties and team spirit among members of the Chinese Orchestra

CCA Description

The Chinese Orchestra is one of the most active performing arts group in Nan Chiau High School comprising of about 80 students. Through the love of music, our members would develop an appreciation and love for Chinese Culture.

Working in a team helps students to build their confidence and inculcate a sense of commitment and perseverance. In Chinese Orchestra, students will pick up valuable leadership skills and cultivate the discipline of life-long and independent learning.
